The Ring Of Fire presented by KPMG, starts at 3pm in Cane Garden Bay in front of Elm Beach Bar. Head up CGB hill to Rudy’s bar and turn right along the Ridge Road. Follow the road to the Sage Mountain T-junction and turn right down Windy Hill and all the way back to CGB Police Station for one loop. If you are doing two loops – individual or the team race – do the next loop in reverse. There will be one water stop on the Ridge Road, so you might want to carry some water.

Thirty runners took part in the inaugural Ring Of Fire presented by KPMG on Saturday December 19.
The race started and finished in Cane Garden Bay and was an 11.65-mile reverse loop race with 3,546 feet of climbing and 3,546 of descending. Only 12% (1.39 miles) of the race was on the flat. The racers ascended to 1,368 feet twice. The first lap was a clock-wise loop of Cane Garden Bay and the Ridge Road; the second lap was an anti-clockwise loop of the same course after turning at Elm Beach Bar.
The Ring Of Fire presented by KPMG will take place on Saturday, December 19, starting and finishing in Cane Garden Bay.
This Torture Taster, is an 11.65-mile reverse loop race with 3,546 feet of climbing and 3,546 feet of descending. 44% of the race is uphill, 44% downhill, 12% on the flat.
